Laparoscopic management of ureteral endometriosis associated with hydronephrosis %K %X Urinary tract involvement through deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) is rare. The surgical management of DIE involving the ureter is a complex procedure that requires an accurate balance between the need for complete excision of endometriotic foci and the need to avoid any morbidity associated with radical surgery. We reported a patient with ureteral endometriosis (UE) complicated with hydronephrosis who underwent right ureter double-J stent insertion plus laparoscopic right ureter dissociation and laparoscopic DIE resection. Postoperative imaging examination suggested that hydronephrosis had not been improved. Findings from this case place emphasis on carefully selecting operative approaches of UE. %U https://gpm.amegroups.org/article/view/5590 %V 2 %P %@ 2617-4499
