Dr. Shengtao Zhou graduated from Sichuan University (China). He was appointed as the Group Leader and Principle Investigator of Tumor Immunology, Metabolism and Metastasis Program, State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, Sichuan University in 2015 and an Associate Professor at Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, West China Second Hospital, Sichuan University in 2016. He has been focusing on employing systems biology approaches to integrate computational and biological analysis to tackle layers of complexity of tumor heterogeneity during the evolution of cancer progression. These complexities include signaling and metabolic reprogramming, immune co-evolution and immunometabolism as well as the master regulators of such ovarian cancer phenotypic plasticity. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor of Molecular Cancer and sits on several internationally renowned peer reviewed journals including Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, Genome Biology, Oncogene, Mass Spectrometry Reviews, Cancer Letters and PLoS One.
